Something to wear

Since a couple people have suggested “Enemy Combatant” T-shirts, I fixed it so that you can get some. The above design and a simpler one are available here. I put a small markup on the shirts: any leftover money I’ll give to an appropriate organization. Suggestions welcome.

I’m getting one for myself, and one each for my nephews and niece.

Is the ACLU providing counsel to the people at Gitmo? If so, give the money to them.

Thanks for the shirts. I’ll be buying some of those for Hallowe’en.

Neat shirt! I have a cafepress shop too. Have you sold many shirts yet? It’s funny but I designed a shirt that I thought would be great for an animal rights organization. Nope. They had their own cafepress shop.
Good Luck.

CafePress insists none have sold. They’ve probably got a hitch in their database’s gitalong.

Don’t suppose you could do a babydoll T-shirt in black? Form fitting white T’s aren’t so great in white…love the design, though.

I would like to see such a T-shirt with Ben Franklin’s portrait from the $100 bill, with his quote about “Those who sacrifice liberty for safety shall have neither” (check for exact quote).

If there’s gonna be requests, I want one with a picture of Sigourney Weaver, and the quote;
“I say we take off and nuke the entire site from orbit. It’s the only way to be sure.”

I remember being amused by some guy’s shirt labelling Jefferson and Franklin “Right Wing Extremists”, obviously quite unaware that his heroes were in fact about as far to the left as they came in their day.
I decided I wanted to honor “Left Wing Extremists”, including Jefferson, Lincoln and Theodore Roosevelt, but I never got the shirt.
Guess I need this one.

My shirt should be arriving shortly. I got the cardinal red color; somehow it seemed most appropriate to me.

Beautiful! I bought one today. If you produce some with Thomas Paine rather than Thomas Jefferson, I’d buy a dozen.

hello my patriot brothers and sisters… i did a google search for “enemy combatant cafepress” to see if anyone was doing enemy combatant themed shirts with founding fathers on them like me…low and behold!
anyway, looks like a few other people have done some as well…here are the ones i created: http://www.cafepress.com/enemy_combatant
none of them are marked up, so i’m not making money on them…i just wanted to make some for myself and my friends…
anyway, really like the one you’ve created above as well!
