I'm sorry, but the comment period for this entry has ended.

Hmm, I thought it was 42.

It is too bad our White House little eichmanns can’t get the trains to run on time, or the planes to fly when airports get so much snow, or roads cleared of mud and detritus when hillsides, soaked with rains destabilize.  But Rover sure can turn and bite the hands that feed him.

Mmmm pondering 98 miles east of Pinole, on a train, puts one somewhere just rising into the Gold Country, not too far to Colfax now, and just out of those crazy Roseville yards.

spyder, I stand in awe. You can work Karl Rove into a discussion of anything.

=v= One of these days I’ll have to tell you what happened to me 98 and 3/4 miles west of there.

Hmm, I thought it was 42.

And *I* thought it was 3/5s of a mile in 10 seconds.

...and if anyone has any explanation whatsoever for that particular JA ditty, I am all ears.

Sorry Chris, he is just pissing me off so much these days.  I’ll try to be a better person than that, but it is so hard.

Rumor had it that that was the ground speed of the plane on the cover of their first album (before “she” joined the band).

Being the second week of testing for the WASL(Washington Assessment of Student Learning - the local implementation of No Child Left Behind performance measures here in our fair state), this is very timely. But alas, you haven’t shown your work using words, numbers, or pictures. This response earns one point.

Sadly, I imagine Becky can relate.
