Ruth has pictures of the Antelope Valley. There’s three inches of snow forecast on Las Vegas Boulevard.
And reader Warren sent me the video here, but it doesn’t look like Northwestern Arizona to me. (Turn down the sound for that one. In fact, maybe you should turn it off. And unplug your speakers.)

You can actually see where the dog makes a left turn at Albuquerque.
It snowed for about 2 hours here, about 3 miles East of the Las Vegas Strip. We actually have accumulation on the ground, which I’ve never seen this low in the valley (I’m probably at about 1900 ft. above sea level). We’re not at 3 inches, yet, but I’m hoping we get some more later in the evening.
I’m wishing I was on Cima Dome right about now.
Didn’t occur to me to turn the sound down…
Bet you miss the snow in Buffalo, Chris.
Technically, Rob, I suppose that’s true. But realistically there’s no way on EARTH I could spit that far.
Aw. Harry Connick’s not so bad. That might be the second-hippest version of that tune I know (after—OK, way after—Ella Fitzgerald’s). Plus my high-school buddy Ned plays tenor sax in that band.
